At Cafe Grind, we aim to provide reliable and timely delivery for both our catering services and coffee products.
Catering Orders

All catering orders require a minimum of 72 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled delivery or pickup date.

Any changes to confirmed orders must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Changes requested after this time may not be accommodated.

The delivery or pickup date and time will be confirmed prior to order acceptance to ensure availability.

We are not responsible for delays or issues resulting from incorrect delivery details provided at the time of booking.
Delivery & Pickup

Catering orders are available for delivery or pickup, as agreed upon at the time of booking.

Delivery fees (if applicable) will be calculated and communicated prior to order confirmation.
Coffee Beans & Retail Orders

All coffee beans are freshly roasted to order to ensure maximum quality and flavour.

Orders are processed and shipped within 72 hours of being placed.

Shipping timeframes may vary depending on location and carrier.
General Information

Once an order has been dispatched or is ready for pickup, it is considered fulfilled.
