Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Cafe Grind, we aim to provide reliable and timely delivery for both our catering services and coffee products.

Catering Orders

  • All catering orders require a minimum of 72 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled delivery or pickup date.

  • Any changes to confirmed orders must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Changes requested after this time may not be accommodated.

  • The delivery or pickup date and time will be confirmed prior to order acceptance to ensure availability.

  • We are not responsible for delays or issues resulting from incorrect delivery details provided at the time of booking.

Delivery & Pickup

  • Catering orders are available for delivery or pickup, as agreed upon at the time of booking.

  • Delivery fees (if applicable) will be calculated and communicated prior to order confirmation.

Coffee Beans & Retail Orders

  • All coffee beans are freshly roasted to order to ensure maximum quality and flavour.

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 72 hours of being placed.

  • Shipping timeframes may vary depending on location and carrier.

General Information

  • Once an order has been dispatched or is ready for pickup, it is considered fulfilled.
