Returns & Refund Policy

At Cafe Grind, we take pride in the quality and freshness of our coffee and catering products.

Due to the perishable nature of our goods, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

However, in line with Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund if a product:

  • Is unsafe or contaminated
  • Is significantly different from what was described
  • Is not of acceptable quality

Catering Orders

  • All catering orders are final once confirmed.
  • Changes or cancellations require at least [48 hours] notice and may incur a fee.
  • Refunds will not be provided for late cancellations or failure to collect/deliver due to incorrect information provided.

Coffee Beans & Retail Products

  • Coffee beans are non-returnable due to freshness and food safety standards.
  • If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within [48 hours] with proof of issue.
